MONDAY - Rich Davis, an Arkansas artist and illustrator
One of our artists of the week is Rich Davis. Mr. Davis grew up in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from Memphis University. He and his wife moved to northwest Arkansas in 1987, where he has lived ever since. Mr. Davis worked in advertising and has designed and illustrated greeting cards.

TUESDAY - Rich Davis, a creative engineer
Rich Davis is a creative engineer. Creative ideas fuel his art and business, and he strives to build creativity in others. He has a passion for inspiring children and teachers to tap into their imaginations and to develop confidence for creating art.
Being a teaching artist is one way he works to accomplish this. He has drawn with thousands of children all over the United States in schools, libraries, and other locations.
Mr. Davis has also developed a drawing game, Pick and Draw, which helps children gain creative confidence and provides drawing fun.
Rich Davis stays busy as a freelance artist, game designer, book author and illustrator, and teacher and presentor.
